After monitoring this issue we can confirm that it is resolved in line with M247's statement below.

We have had the below update from M247. We expect services to be coming back up now.

Please note that performance issues may remain for the next couple of hours.

We have made a change and services are starting to restore, some customers will be experiencing Packet Loss & Latency.

Engineers are still investigating the issue and further updates will be provided.

We have identified the connectivity issue this morning was due to an outage at M247.

M247 have declared a critical nationwide issue and are reviewing this now.

We will update this page when we hear more information from them.

Restart has resolved issue. Infrastructure have increased processing power to prevent re-occurrence. All phone queues temporarily diverted to hunt groups during restart.

We have conducted testing this morning within the business and can confirm SMS messages are now coming through fine.

Please note that users will not get an SMS OTP code if they still have an Emergency OTP set.

We have heard back from our SMS Gateway this morning. They have informed us that a routing change has been made to ensure successful delivery.

We will test this morning and report back here on the outcome.

We are currently working with our SMS Gateway to send out some test SMSs. This should allow any deliverability issues to be picked up and resolved.

Another update will be added on the conclusion of these tests.

We have monitored and tested our SMS Gateway throughout the day today.

We have tested O2, EE and Three without issue.

A support call with our SMS Gateway is still outstanding and we will review their findings as soon as we hear back.

Changes to config on server have resolved the issue .

The cause of the issue was linked to a lack of available licences within Citrix. We are going to review this further.

This issue is linked to the security role permissions with the check-in and objective part of the system, all other parts of Cornerstone should be working fine.
