ForHousing - Some users are not receiving SMS OTP login codes – Incident details

We have conducted testing this morning within the business and can confirm SMS messages are now coming through fine.

Please note that users will not get an SMS OTP code if they still have an Emergency OTP set.

We have heard back from our SMS Gateway this morning. They have informed us that a routing change has been made to ensure successful delivery.

We will test this morning and report back here on the outcome.

We are currently working with our SMS Gateway to send out some test SMSs. This should allow any deliverability issues to be picked up and resolved.

Another update will be added on the conclusion of these tests.

We have monitored and tested our SMS Gateway throughout the day today.

We have tested O2, EE and Three without issue.

A support call with our SMS Gateway is still outstanding and we will review their findings as soon as we hear back.
